 Delco Cleaning Systems started in 1975 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Originally manufacturing cold-water and hot-water pressure washers, Delco's reputation for quality and reliability grew rapidly among hot-water users.

In 2006 Delco joined the FNA Group, and began to grow again. The FNA Group is composed of Delco Cleaning Systems, Simpson Cleaning Systems (Cold-Water Professional Pressure Washers), OEM Industries (Hose Manufacturing), and FAIP NA (Consumer-Grade Pressure Washers). The FNA Group renewed the commitment to manufacture in Siloam Springs, and retained the employees to continue the long-standing tradition and experience in manufacturing. FNA invested in new staff & new manufacturing technology in Siloam Springs, and Delco has been reaping the benefits with new designs & innovative ideas.
In 2006 Delco developed the compact Mini-Brute Series. The Mini-Brute combines rugged Delco components with a nimble 2-wheel frame. In 2007 Delco launched the Euro Line, releasing three new energy-efficient electrical powered hot-water pressure washers.
